This my friends is the Cricut Explore Air 2.
Now if you are anything like me, you just remember the old cutesy and very expensive habit of this cricut.
At that point in time I wasnt a fan.. its cute and all but just not for me,.. time passed and I was introduced to another machine,.. A NON-Cricut Brand Machine,..
I thought I would end up HATING these hobby killers FOREVER!
It never failed,..
I thought I would make awesome furniture stencils,
nope,. it twisted and ruined all of the expensive stencil material.
I thought I would make awesome letter and decals for my sons helmets,.
nope I ended up with a twisted sticky vinyl mess from the material constantly shifting in the machine. Everything I attempted ended up in disaster.
Then the ultimate.
Suddenly it made a crazy sound and stopped moving.  (of course in the middle of a HUGE project) As I listened to the location of the sound and removed the cover that was help in place by screws I revealed a very cleanly cut wire.
I was done.
Fast forward to becoming a blogger and getting to know and work with amazing brands- I was offered an opportunity to work with Cricut.  Dare I?
Yes, I dare.  (Of course or why would I be writing this right?)
I received my machine several months back and gradually found myself wanting to hop into SO many projects!
Like my Patriotic Plank Art!

And this Salvaged East Lake with a Removable tray top!

Let me just tell you,.. Cricut has ABSOLUTELY made a fan of me!
So stay tuned to find out what I have been doing and just what makes Cricut my go to pal for DIY!  Talk to you again soon here at That Sweet Tea Life!
